Flowers are blooming, trees are leafing out, birds are singing — a sure sign that spring's arrival is accelerating. Houses are being decorated with lighter colors and playful touches to echo spring's sunnier mood. Welcome to my table inspired by several Easter baskets that had belonged to my daughter which were stored and forgotten. I had kept these baskets because they were woven of natural materials dyed pretty colors.

A Colorful Easter Table in Blue and Turquoise
Hello and welcome! We are celebrating the arrival of spring with its vibrant bursts of color and large doses of sunshine. All in time for Easter! I'm taking those cues to set a colorful Easter table in blue and turquoise, accented by a kaleidoscope of vibrant shades.
Let's start with bold turquoise napkins held by bunny rings in sand-cast aluminum.

Celebrate Spring's Arrival with a Pastel Tablesetting
Spring officially begins tonight at 11:06 pm, but no one has told my garden which had slowly begun to awaken in mid-February with the yellows, whites, and purples of crocuses and daffodils. So I'm more than ready to celebrate Spring's arrival today!

Welcoming Spring with a Fluffle of Bunnies
We're welcoming spring in the garden with daffodils and tulips, and flowering deciduous magnolias, redbuds and cherry trees. And I'm welcoming spring on the table with a fluffle of bunnies! What is a "fluffle"? It's the cutest term for a group of bunnies! They can also be called a "colony" but where's the fun in that?

A Tray Full of Bunnies
Hello and welcome! Today I'm joining Katherine from Katherine's Corner who has brought together a fabulous group of stylists for an Easter on a Tray blog tour. I'm sure you'll agree that this group has creative ideas for designing trays for entryways, coffee tables, kitchen islands and more!

A Field of Tulips on a Spring Table
One of the most thrilling things in the spring is the sight of bright green shoots rising from the earth in the garden. The first belong to the crocuses and daffodils, followed in short order by TULIPS! The buds open in a rainbow of colors and it's just spectacular!

Hopping into Spring
I can always tell that spring has truly arrived when I see bunnies
hopping through my garden! They have already begun nibbling my flowers
and the fresh green shoots growing through the mulch.

A Medley of Easter Tablescapes
Welcome to a medley of my Easter tablescapes!
I had intended to set an Easter table to share with you, but my plans for the last couple of weeks were drastically changed by a trip to the ER with Greg, followed by his emergency cardiac surgery. From the time I dropped him off at the ER until he was released from the hospital eight days later, I was unable to see him due to the COVID-19 visitation regulations. I am so glad he had been vaccinated before this happened!
Thankfully we could text and eventually talk on the phone. While I certainly understand the need for the hospital's policy, it made waiting so much worse. But Greg is home, healing and feeling better each day! So I'll be back with new tablescapes soon!
In the meantime, click on the title just above each pair of photos to see the full post.

An Easter Table with Hydrangeas in the Meadows
I found inspiration in the unlikeliest of places this week — the grocery store. Just inside the front door was a large display of blooming potted plants. I stopped in front of the hydrangeas, and this one came home with me. The opening blossoms are a lovely lime green, changing to periwinkle as they mature. Irresistible!
And I knew the flowers would go beautifully with the bunny plates I had bought on sale last year.

Pastel Bunnies and Speckled Eggs
It's a beautiful spring morning! Warm temps, vivid blue skies and not a cloud in sight! It makes our isolation easier to bear when we can at least enjoy being outdoors. What also makes it easier is the proliferation of spring designs on blogs everywhere!
And because it's spring, bunnies are hopping! They've hopped onto our kitchen island bringing speckled eggs and pastel flowers with them.
