The Table's Ready for Potions and Spells

I've flown about, readying the table for my guests. We're eating early because the witching hour comes at twilight!

I found some new books full of potions and spells that I'm dying to try out tonight.

I always want to try new recipes, don't you?

The ravens are already checking out the ingredients I've started to gather.

I've used my best tablecloth to set the mood...

and added my favorite chargers. They're perfect for tonight!

We'll enjoy two types of brews...

and a delectable salad on my spine-tingling plates.

Oh no! The salad toppings are escaping! We'll have to eat fast!

Have a bewitching Hallow's Eve!

  3. What a fun Halloween tablescape. I particularly love the potion labels and the book covers you created. I especially wanted to congratulate you on your post because I just got scolded by a reader for my own Halloween post. She experessed that celebrating too much Halloween is leading us all down a dark path. I personally think it is just plain fun--so keep it up!

    1. Oh my! Modern Halloween revelry is only about having fun! It's just that now more adults are enjoying a day devoted to being silly - and creative! Why leave it only for the kids?

  9. Hauntingly Beautiful indeed! I love all the modern color schemes for Halloween, but never as much as traditional orange and black. Your table looks magical and perfect for Halloween! Thanks for sharing at Hauntingly Beautiful Decor!

  11. Very nice table setting, though I'd say a late dinner might work better since 3AM is the witching hour.
